A selection of these images will be printed in Hearth Magazine.

There are two ways of seeing: with the body and with the soul. The body’s sight can sometimes forget, but the soul remembers forever.

Andalusia, Spain. 2014. Part II.

Leica M9-P | Voigtlander Nokton 50mm 1.5 ASPH VM

These photos were post processed in Lightroom 5 with one of my new pastel presets, Amethyst, from Rebecca Lily Pro Set III. Images from this trip have also been selected for print in an upcoming volume of Hearth Magazine.

My little blog has been sadly neglected over this very busy summer. Over the weekend I had some time to look at my shots from Spain again and put this little beach-themed set together. I think I have one more post to do before I call it good, which is right in time because this week Johnny and I are ready to travel again – this time to Scandinavia. I’m very excited to bring along my new medium format film camera, a Rolleiflex Planar 2.8F, and shoot that along with the Leica M9.

(If you haven’t seen Johnny’s Andalusia photos on film yet, you need to take a peek. They are beautiful.)
